The Practice of Being a Mindful Mocsie

As life becomes more demanding on our time, concentration, and focus we can tend to lose focus on the here and now. This program is designed to assist you in developing strategies and becoming more mindful. Individuals that’s practice mindfulness reports greater life satisfaction, lower mental health difficulties, and lower physical health challenges. Join us as we define mindfulness and explore ways to integrate it into our daily lives.

Even the most successful relationships have conflict. It is not the presence of conflict but rather how it is managed that determines the health of an intimate relationship. This webinar will talk about functional verses dysfunctional patterns that predict success or failure in a relationship.

It Starts with the Self

Due to all the roles we have and their demands on our time we can tend to lose time for ourselves. This self-care based program will assist individuals in understand the importance of self-care, identifying and developing self-care strategies, and implementing self-care into their daily lives. Self-care can help you build resilience, manage stress, and prevents burnout. Self-care can help you recognize your emotional responses to stress, and develop coping skills to manage them.

Florida Southern College provides shuttle transportation for current students to and from the Tampa (TPA) and Orlando (MCO) airports for breaks throughout the school year.
