The Practice of Being a Mindful Mocsie

As life becomes more demanding on our time, concentration, and focus we can tend to lose focus on the here and now. This program is designed to assist you in developing strategies and becoming more mindful. Individuals that’s practice mindfulness reports greater life satisfaction, lower mental health difficulties, and lower physical health challenges. Join us as we define mindfulness and explore ways to integrate it into our daily lives.

Florida Southern College provides shuttle transportation for current students to and from the Tampa (TPA) and Orlando (MCO) airports for breaks throughout the school year.
