Students interested in enrolling in the 4+1 MSA at Florida Southern College should apply during their junior year to ensure a seamless transition. While the program is open to all majors, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Undergraduate Credit Hours: At least 93 completed undergraduate credit hours by the start of the program.
  • GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.00.

  • A recent bank letter verifying funds from your sponsor (must be on bank letterhead and signed by a bank official).

This program is offered in an asynchronous online format and is organized into 7-week terms, allowing completion in 12 to 24 months. While fully online for most students, hybrid in-person course options are available to support international, military, athletes, or any other students seeking to take courses on campus.

Program Costs

Admitted undergraduate students in the 4+1 MSA program can take up to 9 credit hours of graduate coursework during their undergraduate studies. These credits count toward both undergraduate and MSA degree requirements.

  • Graduate courses taken during fall or spring semesters before earning an undergraduate degree are billed at the traditional undergraduate full-time tuition rate.
  • Courses taken during a summer semester before completing the undergraduate degree follow the undergraduate summer tuition rate.
  • Once the undergraduate degree is awarded, any additional graduate coursework is charged at the MSA per-credit-hour rate.
