Biography

Virginia “Ginger” brings to FSC over 30 years of nursing experience and over 15 years of teaching experience. She has practiced as an RN in all levels of acuity and as a family nurse practitioner she focuses on the primary care setting. Ginger’s research focus is in area of simulation-based education, primarily the use of simulation in graduate level nursing courses and the effective use of pre-briefing techniques.
