Student Voices
"Grateful, I believe, is the word that expresses how I feel about the McClurg Scholarship. It set me on the path to achieve my life's aspirations."
Happyson Kaunda
"I was looking for a college that combines engaging experiences with deep learning, and that led me to FSC. Courses are taught in small, interactive settings where professors add outside-of-class activities and group discussions to help us understand the material."
Natalie Mcginnis
"Besides financial assistance, it also creates a variety of great connections. I spent this past summer in Washington, D.C., interning at the Library of Congress."
Laura Hackett
The Three Prestige Awards
All three awards share a single application. Applying once enters you for all three.
FSC's Premier Hollingsworth Scholarship (Full Ride)
The Hollingsworth Scholarship is Florida Southern's premier award: a full ride offering more than $230,000 over four years, mentorship opportunities with the college president, and a place in a select community of scholars whose achievement and leadership set them apart.
McClurg Scholarship (Full Tuition)
The C.V. McClurg Scholarship covers full tuition, recognizing students whose academic record and promise place them among the very top of their class.
Christoverson Scholarship (Various Amounts)
The Christoverson Scholarship is awarded on top of your merit scholarship, adding to the aid you have already earned and further reducing the cost of your Florida Southern education.
