Dr. Jeremy P. Martin became Florida Southern College's 18th president in 2024, bringing a student-centered vision rooted in a deep appreciation for community and a commitment to helping every Moc thrive. Before arriving in Lakeland, he served as Vice President for Strategy and Innovation at William & Mary. Known for being approachable and present, Dr. Martin is a familiar face around campus, and he is quick to say that what drew him to Florida Southern, and what has exceeded his expectations since, is the people.
