Florida Southern's Premier Scholarship
The Hollingsworth Scholarship is Florida Southern's premier award, offering the most dedicated and talented students the opportunity to study at one of the nation's best private colleges as fully devoted scholars. As a full-ride valued at more than $230,000 over four years, it removes financial barriers to a great education, allowing recipients to focus entirely on what they came to do: learn, lead, and grow.
About the Hollingsworth Scholars Program
The Hollingsworth Scholars program is available exclusively to students whose academic accomplishments demonstrate superior intellect, unwavering character, and robust ambition. Funded through the generosity of Bernie Little, Jr., '90, and his wife, Mary Jane Hunt, the program was created to give the most dedicated and talented students the opportunity to study at one of the nation's best private colleges, with the freedom to do so as fully dedicated scholars.
Beyond the award itself, Hollingsworth Scholars receive mentorship opportunities with the college president and join a select community of scholars whose achievements and leadership set them apart.
