With 93% of freshman residing on campus — and living environments specially dedicated to new students, your transition to college life is sure to be seamless.
Affectionately known as “JR,” this all-female option combines everything you’d want in a residence hall: history, personality, and functionality.
Across the courtyard from Joseph-Reynolds, you’ll find our all-male option. "Spivey" offers a traditional hall setting similar to the ladies’ counterpart.
The Barnett Residential Life Complex is made up of Wesley and Nicholas Halls bringing together a close-knit and relaxed student community.
Dell Hall is a co-ed building located in the center of our student activities area – near our fitness center, bookstore, and two of our main campus dining options, providing the perfect place to study, relax and hang out.
When you submit your enrollment deposit, you’ll be invited to share your housing preferences (room type, building, roommate(s)) on our New Student Enrollment Form. We guarantee housing for all students, so while you need not worry about securing a living space on campus, we do encourage you to enroll and complete your housing application (New Student Enrollment Form) as soon as you’ve made the decision to attend FSC.
We give you the option to choose your roommate, but don’t feel pressure to do so! We’ll use the preferences you’ve shared to pair you with someone we believe has similar lifestyle choices and interests. But, if you’ve met or know another incoming student(s), you can request to live with one another. On the New Student Enrollment Form, simply answer ‘yes’ to the question, "Do you have a preferred roommate?" Then, you’ll see the roommate preferences section; you’ll need their name and FSC ID—and they’ll need to request you as well!
Get excited! New students who have submitted their enrollment deposit by April 1* will receive their housing assignments during our Match Day on June 1! You’ll receive an email from FSC with instructions for logging into your FSC Portal to view your roommate(s) name and contact information!
*Students have until the National Candidate Reply Date of May 1 to submit the Enrollment Deposit. Students who submit their Enrollment Deposit by May 1 will receive equal consideration for housing placement.
