If you experience or witness an incident of bias, discrimination, or harassment, please report it. The formal complaint form allows Florida Southern College to investigate discrimination claims.

Important Information About Anonymity

The College accepts anonymous reports. However, anonymous reports may limit our ability to investigate thoroughly or take appropriate action because investigators may be unable to verify information, obtain additional details, identify witnesses, or notify you of available resources or the report outcome. All reports are documented regardless.

Per Title IX rules, complaints of discrimination based on gender must be formally filed (not anonymous) to be investigated.
