  • SAMHSA: Find behavioral health and addiction treatment near you.
  • NAMI: Find mental health support, education, and support groups.
  • United Way of Central Florida: Find local help for mental health and other needs, such as housing, food, and transportation.
  • Psychology Today: Find therapists and psychiatrists in your area.
  • Your insurance provider: Find in-network care for therapy, psychiatry, addiction, trauma, or eating disorder treatment.
  • Telehealth: Find confidential online therapy through Talkspace. Sessions are scheduled and paid for by the individual.
