Garden and Star are reserved for upperclass students. To qualify, by May 1 you'll need to have either reached 20 years of age or earned at least 52 credit hours at FSC. Transfer, dual enrollment, and other external credits don't count toward the 52-hour FSC requirement.
You can bring one to three eligible roommates, as long as everyone meets the criteria, and a roommate group can fill an entire apartment.
Living off campus doesn't mean living far from it. The library, academic buildings, and student services are a short walk or shuttle ride away, and shuttle service runs between the apartments and campus throughout the week. The FSC Wellness Center is there whenever you want to fit in a workout, too.
