Building Resilience
Learn to manage stress and build resilience with self-care strategies, burnout prevention tips, and on-campus resources to keep you balanced and strong.
Making Florida Southern Home is a two-hour course that helps first-year students settle into college life and build a strong first year. Through a holistic wellness lens, you’ll define what success looks like for you and practice the skills to get there, from connecting with the FSC community and finding where you belong to building self-awareness and taking ownership of your well-being.
Health Promotion is important to the entire campus and with the help of our student workers they bring health and well-being directly to students. Peer Health Mentors complete training through the NASPA Certified Peer Health Educator program and offer routine services on campus each week. Follow "Department of Health Services" on MocsConnect.
