A virtual webinar for prospective adult students to learn more about Florida Southern College's...
Admissions
Flexible. Fast-paced. Future-proof. Turn your ambition into business impact by gaining exposure in several areas of management to help support your career growth and advancement.

Advance your education with classes that fit your schedule through Florida Southern College’s online Management Certificate program.
A certificate is proof. It tells an employer that you understand how a business actually runs across every function, without asking you to spend four years earning a degree to prove it.
Florida Southern's Management Certificate covers the core of a business education in nine courses: accounting, management, marketing, business law, statistics and analytics, economics, and finance. You take them fully online, on a schedule built around your job, and you can finish in less than a year. The courses come from the Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise, accredited by AACSB, a standard met by fewer than 6% of business schools worldwide.
It is the fastest way to add a business credential to your resume, and the smartest way to test whether a full degree is right for you before you commit to one.
The Management Certificate is designed to stack. All nine courses are core courses in FSC's bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, so nothing you complete here is wasted if you decide to keep going.
Earn the certificate to move up at work now. Then, if and when you are ready, roll straight into a degree with a year of coursework already behind you. It is the lowest-risk way to start a college degree as a working adult: commit to nine courses, prove to yourself you can do it, and keep the credits either way.

The Management Certificate requires 9 core business management courses, totaling 34 credit hours, all offered fully online.

Starting the certificate is simple, and here are the brief steps to get you started:
*Keep in mind that no more than two of the nine courses may be transferred in as transient credit from another institution.
International students must also submit the following before beginning coursework:
** SpanTran (discount available), Academic Evaluation Services, Inc., Josef Silny, or World Education Services or another similar approved transcript evaluation agency.
*** A bank letter is a written statement on bank letterhead and signed by a bank official.
**** Must have completed an English language training program or at least one year at an English speaking institution to waive the TOEFL/IELTS testing requirement.
Your certificate comes from the Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise, one of a small group of business schools worldwide accredited by AACSB and recognized year after year by the guides students trust most.
The Princeton Review has named it one of the nation's best business schools for multiple consecutive years, and Colleges of Distinction highlights it among Florida Southern's signature programs. The College itself ranks among U.S. News and World Report's top regional universities in the South. It is also a business school known for something you cannot rank: its connections. The School's advisory board draws leaders from Publix and businesses across Central Florida, and its faculty are practicing CPAs, consultants, and executives, not just instructors.
When you finish, your certificate carries that name and reputation, just like any degree from FSC.
