I am the Director of our Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program and an assistant professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Florida Southern College. I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Florida Southern College and both my M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Factors and Behavioral Neurobiology from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
I strive to make a long-lasting and significant impact by examining and advancing the science and practice of Industrial/Organizational and Human Factors Psychology. My research interests are varied and focus on topics such as human performance, teamwork, team training, motivation, engaged learning tools, idea generation, system safety, etc.
