I was born and raised in Florida and received my bachelor's from Florida Southern College. From there, I attended the Florida Institute of Technology where I received my M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis. I then went on to receive my Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School. I have worked as a BCBA since 2010, and continue to remain active in the field. I currently live in Orlando with my husband and two cats. My research interests are focused on implicit bias, the medical/mental health intersection, and behavior analysis in non-human subjects. I began the Ant Lab in the FSC Psychology department in 2023.
