About the Roux Library Building

Architect Nils Schweizer, Frank Lloyd Wright's on-site supervisor for several Florida Southern College buildings, and a student of Mr. Wright at Taliesin. Mr. Schweizer also designed Branscomb Auditorium (1964), and Schweizer Associates designed the Carlisle Rogers Business and Economics Building (1984).

Where were YOU on March 24, 1968? If you were at FSC, chances are you were at the official opening of Roux Library! On March 24, 2008 we enjoyed cake and lemonade overlooking the Water Dome as we celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the Roux Library building. Check our Flickr account for event photos!
