In HCA 2125 Healthcare Organization and Management, you’ll study the U.S. healthcare system, including its historical development, structure, and delivery systems. Learn the basic concepts and issues that are associated with the management and regulation of healthcare providers and the delivery of services across different types of healthcare organizations. You and your peers will also better understand the role of the contemporary healthcare manager and focus on basic managerial skills and knowledge.
