What stands out to me most about the program is the way that the small size allows for many performance opportunities and one on one attention from the professors, while the innovative guest artists and challenging ballet and modern choreography pushes us to be more well-rounded and competitive artists.

Being a part of the FSC Dance Program has been easily one of the best choices I could ever make; I’ve been pushed so much further in not only my technique and movement, but the intellectual aspect which ranges from how the body works, all the way to the history and evolution of dance as an art form. This program is filled with so much talent and strength, I can lean on my friends and professors for endless support and motivation.

Express Yourself Through Movement

In DAN 2651 World Dance, you'll become acquainted with basic elements of a specific dance form and movements. You'll examine general historical content and anthropological perspectives to better understand the culture being studied.
