Are tuition rates for international students the same as domestic undergraduate students?

What are the minimum test score requirements?

TOEFL (minimum 79 ibt) or IELTS (minimum 6.5) score.
SAT I or ACT scores required for all others.

Can I get scholarships as an International Student?

International students are eligible for merit-based scholarships based on their academic performance. Each applicant is reviewed for eligibility. Please note: international students cannot qualify for need-based financial aid.

Will my credits transfer?

We require an English translation of your transcript if you are a transfer student. We accept evaluations by World Education Services, Josef Silny, or Academic Evaluation Services, Inc..

How do I get the Student Visa?

A student must be admitted, have completed financial documentation and must have remitted enrollment deposit before the university issues the I-20 form (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status). The I-20 is then used to apply for an F-1 student visa. More information is available from the U.S. Department of State.

If transferring from a U.S. high school or university, you must complete the Transfer Eligibility Request Form, which will be sent to you from the Florida Southern Admissions Office.
