Prof. Jonathan Adler To Give Lecture On Law And The Environment At FSC

Prof. Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and director of the Center for Business Law and Regulation at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, will speak on the topic “Environmentalism and Property Rights.” The lecture will be given at 6 p.m. Nov. 6 in the Hollis Room on the FSC campus. It is free and open to the public.

Prof. Adler teaches courses in environmental, administrative and constitutional law. He is the author or editor of five books, is a contributing editor to National Review Online and is a regular contributor to the popular legal blog “The Volokh Conspiracy,” hosted by washingtonpost.com. He also is a senior fellow at the Property and Environment Research Center in Bozeman, Mont.
