    In accordance with the Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act of 2000, (which amends the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act, the Jeanne Clery Act, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974), Florida Southern College provides a link to the Florida State Sex Offender Registry.

    All sex offenders are required to register in the State of Florida and to provide notice of each institution of higher education in Florida at which the person is employed, carries a vocation or is a student.

In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the United States Department of Education under Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Florida Southern College has made publicly available the training materials used to train Florida Southern College Title IX personnel.

Florida Southern College’s Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Investigators, and Decision-Makers attended the Title IX & Beyond two-day virtual training program on August 6-7, 2020, which was hosted by Title IX Solutions, LLC. About Just Ask
