Professional Experience
Playing sports my whole live brought me to the gym every day to find a new way to be bigger, stronger, and faster. Began training as an undergraduate student and working as a fitness attendant at Rowan University. Upon graduation I did a strength and conditioning internship at Monmouth University with Football and Men’s Basketball. Then I completed another internship at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as the Fitness and Wellness Intern. After taking a year off I decided to go back to school and was able to land a Fitness Graduate Assistantship at Boise State University Campus Recreation where I later became the Fitness Coordinator. I decided to move back to the east coast where I did private training focusing on corrective exercise and injury rehabilitation. I’m excited to be back in a university setting where I can work with students and develop them to be great professionals.
Hobbies
I enjoy being at the beach and going scuba diving with friends and family, training for my next Olympic weightlifting competition, and of course enjoying time at Disney and Universal Studios
