The love of sports and being active has always been a major part of my life. A multiple sport athlete from childhood through high school culminated in a 4 year volleyball scholarship here at Florida Southern. My career path since graduating from FSC has taken me down many roads in various different professional settings and given me a wide range of experiences from student trainer, physical therapy aide, fitness center desk manager, office manager and operations manager. Each experience was unique and helped me to grow as a person and expand my knowledge and skills. I also coached volleyball for 10 years for my alma mater high school, Cardinal Gibbons. Coaching was probably the most rewarding because it gave me a chance to mentor and help our young student athletes strive to be their best. Our philosophy was there is more to coaching than just the game, we are teaching life lessons and helping them prepare for life once they walked out our doors. Life has come full circle and brought me back to FSC and I couldn’t be happier. GO MOCS!
