Biography
David Aranda, LCSW has been in the practice of counseling and mental health for the past 16 years. His main focus is to help others achieve their potential in all areas of life, primarily by helping them strengthen and maintain interpersonal relationships. His clinical style emphasizes and aims to help clients gain emotional insight in order to be efficient in regulating one’s own emotions. He also focuses on physical activity/ exercise as an important tool to achieve emotional wellness.
