Biography

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Florida Southern College.

I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Florida Southern College and both my M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Factors and Behavioral Neurobiology from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

I strive to make a long-lasting and significant impact by examining and advancing the science and practice of Industrial/Organizational and Human Factors Psychology. My research interests are varied and focus on topics such as human performance, teamwork, team training, motivation, idea generation, system safety, training, etc.

I love FSC and am so glad to be back to teach the new generation of FSC students. Once a Moc, forever a Moc!
