“As a teacher, I strive to optimize the learning and development of my students. It’s also my goal to instill a set of values among my students, which include joy for learning, creative thinking, pride in quality work, caring relationships, and servant leadership. Students will engage in challenging inquiry and research that have meaningful context. As an instructor, I intend to continue to grow in my pedagogy and craft. I will also do my utmost to inspire a clear sense of purpose that educators can make a consequential difference in our world.”
