Biography
Carly Love is a CPA specializing in corporate income taxes, including corporate income tax compliance and financial reporting for taxes (as both an adviser and auditor). She began her professional career at Deloitte Tax, LLP where she worked for nine years. While at Deloitte, Carly served an array of clients including Fortune 500 companies, large public multi-national corporations, private corporations, Subchapter S corporations, LLCs and partnerships. She has extensive experience with SEC reporting requirements, auditing in accordance with PCAOB standards, and reporting requirements for private companies. Carly has focused primarily on U.S. federal income tax; however is also experienced in multi-state and U.S. international taxation.
Carly Love is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and a member of the AICPA.
