Biography
Collin R. Clark is an attorney and CPA that specializes in accounting and tax issues for small businesses and their owners. His practice focuses on federal and state income tax issues as well as matters relating to corporate, partnership, estate and gift taxation. He also focuses a part of his practice on teaching and maintaining correct bookkeeping and accounting procedures. He believes that proper accounting records are the key to a successful business. He has represented clients before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue as well as the U.S. Tax Court.
Professor Clark is a member of the Florida Bar, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and has recently been named as Fellow of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar for years 2019-2021.
