Biography

Dr. Raisch received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Microbiology and Master of Science (M.S.) in Microbiology degrees from Iowa State University. Dr. Raisch received his doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University. He did his post-doctoral studies in Oncology Research at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  Dr. Raisch held a previous staff appointment at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and academic appointments at the University of Alabama-Birmingham College of Medicine in Birmingham, AL; the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL; and the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton, FL. At LECOM, Dr. Raisch served as Director of the Master of Medical Science program. Dr. Raisch has also taught Microbiology and Biology courses at Keiser University, City College, and Chamberlain University.
