The ability to help students discover which school is the best fit for them is immensely rewarding. Although pursuing a degree is primarily an academic endeavor, your school serves as a focal point for personal growth. You should study something you are passionate about while also making time for new interests, experiences and friends along the way. Working at FSC allows me to connect prospective students to a school with bountiful resources and opportunities to support their academic and personal development.
The Buckstop! It serves delicious stone-oven pizza, is close to the center of campus and is underneath a majestic oak tree.
I would highly recommend checking out any of these places: Black & Brew Coffee, Hole in One Donuts, Keke’s Breakfast Café, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Burger21, Palace Pizza, and Glory Days Grill.
For me, every Saturday starts the same: getting an iced coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts. After fueling up at Dunks I would go for a walk around one of our 38 lakes while listening to music or sports radio. Then I would either head downtown or to Lakeside Village to hangout, meet up with friends or grab a bite to eat. I would end my day by catching a movie at our historic Polk Theatre.
My absolute favorite book is The Great Gatsby. I loved every line when I read it in high school and that was before I developed a true appreciation for reading. I highly encourage giving this classic a second or third read! A list of my favorite TV shows would include Friends, The Office, How I Met Your Mother and The Big Bang Theory.
I am a huge sports fan! Soccer is my passion and the English Premier League team Arsenal is my first love. The rest of my sports allegiances belong to the city of Boston which includes the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Patriots. Going to a see a game is one of my favorite things to do. I also enjoy archery, baking and playing card games!
