The DuBose Conference Room is a great meeting room for your department or organization meetings. Seats up to 14 comfortably. Bring your own audio visual equipment and other meeting needs.

To schedule the DuBose Conference Room for an FSC department meeting, please contact Michael McElveen at 863.680.4146.

Pick up the key for the room from an HWC professional staff member. Do not ask the Safety office.

You are responsible for ending your meeting in a timely fashion; remember, someone else may be waiting to begin their meeting.  For your convenience, there is a weekly schedule of events posted in the room. If you rearrange the room, please reset it before leaving.
