Mission: The mission of Instructional Technology is to develop our faculty by leveraging technology to transform teaching practices and enhance students learning using 21st century tools.

The Institute is the epicenter for faculty development and training in technology integration at Florida Southern College.

WiTi The WiTi is the Wednesday Institute for Technology Integration. WiTis are scheduled every Wednesday in the Educational Technology Center (Edge 235) from 3:30-5:30 pm. Recurring topics include “Introduction to the Portal for Course and Learning Management,” “SMART Technology Basics,” and “Chalk & Wire ePortfolio Workshop.”

MiTi
The MiTi is the Mobile Institute for Technology Integration. Skilled Tech Buddies “hit the road” to bring training on specific topics to individual FSC faculty, departments or divisions, or abroad to K-12 school districts or selected classrooms. Reserve your MiTi by contacting Dr. King via email!
