Payment Options

Full Payment
Pay each semester balance in full on or before the stated due date. Fall semester bills will be mailed in late June and charges will be due on July 31, 2013. If you have not finalized your aid, including processing your loans, prior to June 15, your bill may not accurately reflect your financial awards.

Tuition Management Systems (TMS) Payment Plan
By partnering with TMS, student charges for the year may be broken down into a 10-month (July - April), interest-free payment plan. There is a one-time fee of $60 to enroll in the payment plan. For more information, please review the enclosed insert or visit flsouthern.afford.com, or you may call 888-463-6994 to speak with a TMS Education Payment Advisor.

Federal Direct Parent Loan (PLUS)
Parents of dependent students may apply for the parent PLUS loan in order to secure additional funding to cover the remaining balance. PLUS loans may be requested for the balance owed to the college (difference between awards and costs of educational expenses), plus an additional $2,910 (residential students) or $5,450 (commuter students) to account for personal expenses, books and supplies, and other education related costs; an additional $1,000 may be borrowed to cover travel expenses for out of state students. In the event the application is declined, the Department of Education allows for an additional $4,000 in student loan contribution through the Federal Direct Student Loan program.

Payment Methods

Please make checks payable to Florida Southern College and remit to the FSC Student Accounts Office at 111 Lake Hollingsworth Drive, Lakeland, FL 33801. You may pay by phone by calling 863-680-4154. Online payments may be accepted via the FSC Portal; new students will be sent Portal log-in information prior to bills being mailed.
