FSC holds annual holiday
tree-lighting ceremony
LAKELAND, Fla. (Nov. 17, 2004) - Florida Southern invites the public to join the campus community in its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Nov. 30 at 7:15 p.m. The event takes place at the corner of Lake Hollingsworth Drive and
Johnson Avenue on the Florida Southern campus.
The Chapel Praise Band will sing Christmas carols, and the Christmas story from the Bible will be read. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy cookies and hot chocolate and have their pictures taken with Santa.
