FSC-Orlando chosen
as pre-testing site
of computerized uniform CPA exam
LAKELAND, Fla. (Oct. 17, 2003) - Florida
Southern College - Orlando has been selected to work with the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in the pre-testing
of its restructured and computerized uniform CPA examination. The
transition from written to computerized exams is scheduled to take
place in early 2004.
The pre-testing will be administered free of charge to qualified
students and recent accounting graduates on Oct. 24 and 25. The
exam is divided into four sections, and students may sit for any
or all sections according to their qualifications. Test scores are
confidential, given only to the participant as feedback in preparation
of the actual exam. Further information on the restructured exam

Florida Southern College in Orlando offers the opportunity for the
working adult to complete bachelor's and master's degrees during
evening and weekend hours. Courses are available on a schedule of
six seven-week terms per year. The Orlando Program offers degrees
in business administration, accounting, and RN to BSN, as well as
education courses for teachers needing recertification. Please contact
