Florida Southern and NDEITA co-sponsor Pilates 2-Day Clinic

LAKELAND, Fla. (April 2, 2003) - Florida Southern College and NDEITA, a non-profit fitness professional association, are co-sponsoring a nationally recognized workshop.

PILATES 2-Day Clinic will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2003 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 18, 2003 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

De-Mystify the man and the movement in this 2-day, intensive clinic. Learn the ABC's of Pilates Principles: alignment, breathing, control and stability. "Return to Life" through Pilates fundamental exercises: This course is a prerequisite for future NDEITA Pilates Certification.
