LAKELAND, Fla. (Oct. 14, 2010) -- Florida Southern College's Festival of Fine Arts presents "Music Under the Stars," an annual outdoor concert featuring the Symphony Band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, in the historic Pipkin Bandshell on campus.

The musical groups, performing under the direction of Dr. Jo Jossim, Ivan Wansley, and Paul Butcher, will present an evening of light "pops concert" music.

Admission is free with open seating. Attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs or blankets. In the event of rain, the performance will be held in Branscomb Auditorium.
