FSC Students Selected to Attend National Leadership Conference

LAKELAND − Two Florida Southern College students are among 40 nationwide to be selected to participate in Omicron Delta Kappa's annual Campus Leaders Today, Community Leaders Tomorrow (CLT2) program June 16-19 in Phoenix, Ariz.

Ashlea Archer and Alyssa Huebner, both seniors, are members of the College's ODK circle. Ashlea is the daughter of the Rev. Emmit and Beverly Archer of Lake Park, Fla. Alyssa is the daughter of Rorri Saint John and Michael Spears of Largo, Fla.

The national leadership honor society Omicron Delta Kappa Society Inc. recognizes and encourages superior scholarship, leadership, and exemplary character. 

The 5-year-old CLT2 program brings together 40 bright college leaders with the intention of preparing them for service as board members for nonprofit organizations. In Phoenix, the students will attend a series of lectures and discussions and meet with selected nonprofit board and staff members.
