Munich Symphony with Phillipe Entremont to Perform at Florida Southern College
LAKELAND, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2009) — Florida Southern College and the Festival of Fine Arts welcome the Munich Symphony with Phillipe Entremont, conductor and piano soloist, on Feb. 6. The performance takes place at 7:30 p.m. in Branscomb Auditorium on the Florida Southern campus.
Acclaimed worldwide for the elegance and virtuosity of his piano playing, as well as his outstanding interpretive abilities at the podium, Phillipe Entremont leads the Munich Symphony Orchestra in an all-Beethoven concert featuring the “Eroica” Symphony and the “Emperor” Concerto.
