LAKELAND, Fla. (Sept. 5, 2008) — Florida Southern College presents photographs by students taken during their 2008 study abroad trip to China. The exhibit, on display in the Honeyman Pavilion, runs from Sept. 19 through Nov. 6. An opening reception takes place Sept. 19 at 7 p.m.

During the month of May, Florida Southern students and faculty embarked on a study abroad trip throughout China. Thousands of photos were taken by students in Professor Eric Blackmore’s advanced digital photography class. The photographs in this exhibition document their travels. The selected images were edited, refined, and printed by the students.
