LAKELAND, Fla. (May 9, 2008) — Two hundred eighty seniors from the college’s Lakeland day program received diplomas during a graduation ceremony held on the afternoon of May 3 on the FSC campus. Honors went to 77 graduates, with 15 summa cum laude, 25 magna cum laude, and 37 cum laude. A ceremony for 66 students from the Lakeland evening, graduate and Orlando programs took place in the morning. Honors went to 24 graduates, with 7 summa cum laude, 6 magna cum laude, and 11 cum laude.
