Frett, who resides in Palm Harbor, was chosen as vice-chair of the Council of Regional Directors. In addition, she received the Eldridge W. Roark, Jr. Meritorious Service Award. “Omicron Delta Kappa is the largest leadership honor society in the country, comprising over 300 colleges and universities,” said Lawrence Burke, faculty secretary of the Florida Southern College circle of ODK. “The Southeast Region is the largest with over 80 member schools. There are only three regional directors, and to have two of them from the same institution is a major testament to the academic and leadership skills these two young women have attained.” |
