FSC student art on display at Melvin Gallery

LAKELAND, Fla. (Nov. 19, 2007) — Florida Southern College’s art and art history department presents its Freshman, Sophomore and Junior Show in the Melvin Art Gallery beginning Nov. 30 and running through Dec. 11. The juried exhibit will include all media, from painting to ceramics
to graphic design, and many of these works will be offered for sale. Awards will be presented during the opening reception taking place from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 30. 

The Melvin Art Gallery is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and during intermissions of many performances of the FSC Fine Arts Series.  For more information, please contact the gallery at (863) 680-4743.
