LAKELAND, Fla. (Jan. 2, 2007) — Florida Southern College will present the sculptures of Gregg Wortham in the Melvin Art Gallery. The exhibit runs from Jan. 12 through Jan. 25. An opening reception takes place Jan. 12 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Wortham, a Florida Southern faculty member, received his master of fine arts degree in sculpture from the University of Nebraska. His sculptures are distinguished by his fine workmanship, creative exploration and combination of an interesting variety of media.
