Jerusalem Symphony performs at FSC’s Festival of Fine Arts

LAKELAND, Fla. (Feb. 15, 2006) — Florida Southern College presents the Jerusalem Symphony in concert, Feb. 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Branscomb Auditorium, as part of its Festival of Fine Arts Series. A pre-concert lecture will be held in Anne MacGregor Jenkins Recital Hall at 6:45 p.m.

With an ever-expanding worldwide reputation, this outstanding symphony, under the direction of conductor Leon Botstein, is known as the premier orchestra in Israel’s capital city. Through the generous co-sponsorship of patrons from Hadassah and Temple Emanuel, The Festival of Fine Arts is pleased to be a part of the symphony’s first Florida tour.
