AKELAND, Fla. (Feb. 7, 2005) — Florida Southern College’s Department of Religion and Philosophy welcomes Dr. William Collins to give the Warren W. Willis Lecture in Religion on Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. in the William M. Hollis Room on campus. Collins is a professor of political science at Samford University. His lecture will discuss “Convergence Evolution and St. Thomas’s View of Infinity and Design: Reflections on the Transcendence-Immanence Relation.” The afternoon seminar will provide opportunities for discussion and questions from the audience.
