World-renowned pianist to perform at FSC’s Festival of Fine Arts

LAKELAND, Fla. (Oct. 25, 2005) — Florida Southern College presents Polish pianist Piotr Anderszewski Nov. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in Branscomb Auditorium as part of its Festival of Fine Arts Series. A pre-concert lecture will be held in Anne MacGregor Jenkins Recital Hall at 6:30 p.m.

Among the front runners on the international keyboard scene, this young Polish-born virtuoso has captivated audiences throughout the world's leading concert circuits, culminating this past summer in his debut at the prestigious Salzburg Festival. His multifaceted repertoire, embracing the solo and concert literature and chamber music, ranges from Bach to Webern.
