For four weeks this summer, the Florida Southern campus became a laboratory for outstanding Polk County middle and high school students who engaged in an innovative learning experience. NuVu Studio of Cambridge, Mass., conducted an enhanced-learning program from June 11 to July 6 that allowed the students to work on projects employing concepts of math, computer programming, robotics, writing, and art. The program, a joint partnership between NuVu, All Saints Academy, and FSC, used a superhero theme and turned the students’ creativity loose.

Local TV stations took an interest in the program. Watch Fox 13 Tampa Bay and WFLA-News Channel 8’s reports.
