Maintenance & Technology Work Requests
Welcome to the Florida Southern College Facilities Maintenance and Information Services online work order request system. This system helps us promptly attend to your issues and concerns. If you are a first time user, please take a moment to read the instructions for the type of work order you wish to submit. If you are a returning customer and are familiar with the login process, please click on the “SchoolDude” link below to go directly to the work order login. MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES: If the work order is for a maintenance emergency during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) Monday thru Friday, call 863-680-4192. During all other hours, weekends or holidays, please contact the FSC Safety Office at 863-680-4305. The Safety Office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NETWORK OUTAGE: If the work order is for a network outage during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 11:59 p.m.) Monday thru Friday, call 863-616-6426. During all other hours, weekends or holidays, please contact the FSC Safety Office at 863-680-4305. The Safety Office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
