This form may be used by Florida Southern College students and staff to request additions to the library's collections; books, DVDs, videos, and audio CDs. You must be a registered library user in order for your request to be processed. Faculty should contact their departmental liaison to facilitate requests.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your purchase request. We will notify you by e-mail when the item has been received.
