Access to World Almanac is limited to FSC faculty, staff and students. Users will be prompted for their FSC Portal login prior to utilizing the resource when off-campus.

World Almanac draws its materials from Funk & Wagnall's New Encyclopedia, The World Almanac and Book of Facts, The World Almanac of the U.S.A., The World Almanac of U.S. Politics, and The World Almanac for Kids.

Searching Tip:

The Funk & Wagnall's entries are limited only to their bibliographies. Performing an advanced search will allow you to specify the book to search for results within. Selecting one of the almanacs will provide you with full text entries.

User Restrictions:

The Roux Library provides access to electronic databases for academic use at Florida Southern College. These resources are governed by United States Copyright Law and subscription licensing agreements. Users are prohibited from distributing database content. Excessive downloading or printing could jeopardize database use by the entire Florida Southern College community. Individual resources may have additional limitations.
